This tart has many components: Sweet pastry crust (has almond flour in it but can be made without it) filled with almond cream, vanilla pastry creme patisserie and topped with Chantilly Cream and organic fresh berries. 7.5” tart - $45 or 9” tart - $65. If you are allergic to almond, this tart can be made without the almond flour for the crust or almond cream for the filling and it would be replaced with a very thin layer of a madeleine cake in the inside along with the pastry cream.
