This is a 3 layer cake consisting of moist biscoff cake sponges and a biscoff butter with pieces of biscoff cookies in the filling and it can be paired with different frosting types, which all pair very well with it: a Swiss meringue buttercream, a vanilla mascarpone cream or a cream cheese frosting.
