What makes my products less sweet? I don’t use fondant, royal icing or American buttercream on anything. I often use pastry cream, ganaches, mascarpone, cream cheese, nuts or fresh fruit fillings, to create a wonderful balance of flavors. Everything is made fresh to order too. Hope you will consider me next time you need a cake, quiche, or dessert for your special celebration, dinner with guests, small events or just want a lovely treat at home.
