If so, you have come to the right place where you can enjoy delicious desserts made with love and quality ingredients like Valrhona, Callebaut, Cacao Barry, and organic, whenever possible. You may also find items that are typically not found at a bakery near you.

My Baked Good Gallery provides you an idea of all that can be made and are available to pre-order at any time. Want something not found in the gallery? I can probably make it so custom cakes can be requested. A minimum of 3 days advance notice is required but a week in advance is preferred. Simply Contact Us with your details (i.e. cake description, size, number of people, date, time) so that we can discuss details and I can provide pricing. All orders must be pre-paid in order to be confirmed.

I will be offering a Special Menu, from time to time, that will include individual sized items so you can taste my products or simply enjoy a delicious treat with friends or family. What makes my products less sweet? I don’t use fondant, royal icing or American buttercream on anything. I often use pastry cream, ganaches, mascarpone, cream cheese, nuts or fresh fruit fillings, to create a wonderful balance of flavors. Hope you will consider me next time you need a cake, quiche, or dessert for your special celebration, dinner with guests, small events or just want a lovely treat at home.
